We are looking for an experienced Brand/Communications manager to join our team who is passionate about games, and experienced in marketing, social media, and PR.

Our ideal candidate has great oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

You will act as the face and voice of our games and manage all of our community communications.


  • Work with senior management team and publishers to establish brand and marketing strategies for our games.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to work alongside our marketing strategies
  • Engage and expand Lucid’s gaming communities across various social media.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for our social media accounts and website.
  • Quickly respond to comments and customer queries on all social channels.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews of our games.
  • Organise events to build our community and boost awareness of our titles.
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with the development team to stay updated on new products and features within our games
  • Build relationships with players, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in games and technology.


  • Proven work experience as a community or brand manager, ideally within the games industry.
  • Hands on experience with social media management.
  • Ability to analyse, track and present data from our community.
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building forum, creating and managing events etc..)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Experience in Photoshop or a similar package.
