We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing studio to work on a range of exciting new games for PC and console. As our Recruiter at Lucid Games, you will be responsible sourcing leads on great potential hires and representing the company externally at shows and other events.


  • Is capable of being autonomous, reporting to Directors and engaging with peers to understand the needs of the business and its staffing requirements
  • Follow up on and source potential hires within UK and abroad.
  • Actively participate in discussions about potential hires, their pros and cons and potential fit with the team and company.
  • Working with senior staff to ensure good integration into teams
  • Willing to travel regularly and represent the company well at various events and to meet potential hires.
  • Discuss and build a system to make Lucid more visible and attractive to potential employees.
  • Get involved in general administrative tasks relating to travel, planning, meeting and event co-ordination.
  • Control database of potential hires and applicants.

Required Experience

  • Strong understanding of people and a willingness to learn about games industry roles and specialities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be organised and driven.
  • Good admin and organisational skills
  • Outgoing and easy going personality.
  • Ability to accept feedback and improve.
